Through Caring Minds Consulting, I partner with mental health agencies and school systems on consultation, program creation, and professional development. Using a systems approach, I have created social-emotional learning programs, behavior management programs, ISS/ISI programs, and the Safe Zone LGBTQ+ competency certification for K-12 staff. Professional development options range from 30-minute sessions to multi-day workshops on topics including mental health diagnoses and treatment, suicide assessment, special education services, social-emotional learning, de-escalation, and supporting transgender and non-binary youth.
