I provide direct behavioral services and consultation to help school districts and mental health agencies manage behavior and mental health needs. Services include functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), school-referred risk assessments, behavior management programs, de-escalation strategies, and Behavior Support Classrooms with structured points-and-levels systems and sensory supports for students with disabilities. I am a Mississippi Department of Education approved Positive Behavior Specialist and a former CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certified Instructor.
